Astoriahtbca Astoria Homeowners & Tenants Business Civic Association Inc. was created on June 10 1996.
The Astoria Homeowners & Tenants Business Civic Association is a Not-For-Profit Corporation.
The Association was created to promote, foster and encourage interest and support in the development of the town of Astoria for the use, enjoyment and benefit of the community; to develop good citizenship; to encourage citizen participation and involvement in community improvement programs and in local and state government.
The Astoria Homeowners & Tenants, Business Civic Association was also created to promote, advance and stimulate business and commercial interests in the town of Astoria; to hold, conduct and organize meetings, discussions and
Forums to consider community opinion on contemporary beautification and restoration issues; to aid, assist, cooperate, co-sponsor and otherwise engage in concerted action with private and governmental agencies, organizations and groups on civic, recreational, beautification and other programs to improve and enrich the quality of life for the residents of the town of Astoria; to solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for the purposes of this corporation and other civic purposes and generally to endeavor to promote the development, beautification and preservation of the common areas town of Astoria for future generations.
The Astoria Homeowners & Tenants, Business Civic Association now has over 100 members.
